Spectrum maintains an in-house engineering office design staff of (at least) fifty engineers, eight design leaders, and two managers (hardware/software). Approximately seventy-five percent of our design staff is involved in periodic debug/startup activities. We also maintain a full-time design debug group (eight engineers) based in Queretaro, Mexico. Spectrum Engineering is headquartered in Warren, Michigan, USA, with Satellite offices in Warren and Dearborn, Michigan. Our headquarter facility features: A 14,000 sq. ft. administrative/engineering offices; a 6,000 sq. ft. manufacturing/testing facility, and a quality-testing/training lab. Spectrum provides engineering services globally. We welcome long term commitments at any location world-wide. Spectrum has a multi-lingual engineering staff, speaking French, Spanish, German, and Arabic. Spectrum has 24-hour access to a private twin-engine aircraft for emergency customer response within a 500 mile radius of Detroit, MI.
