Seventeen years experience in controls engineering. Background includes design, build, and startup of nearly any type of automation. Specialty in DaimlerChrysler and Tier One controls design. Extensive experience in debug. International experience including a six-month program in XiangFan, China.

Sal K. Awada
Wayne State University, B.S., Electrical Engineering. Graduated 1991. Seventeen years experience in controls design and debug. Background includes project engineering and a two-year position as Controls Engineering Manager. Extensive design experience with Ford, GM, Saturn, DaimlerChrysler (including MBUSI) and numerous Tier One suppliers. Fluent in Visual Basic, Visual C++, C++, and Pascal. Sam S. Kochaiche

Mike H. Yacteen

Robert O'Connor
ITT, Associates, Electrical Engineering Technologies. Graduated 1991. Sixteen years total experience in controls engineering. Paul Zanger
BSEE Lawrence Technological University, 1987. 16 years of controls design leadership with ComauPico. 21 years overall experience in controls design including: standards and program design for DCX programs, 93LH (Brampton), 93JA (Sterling Heights), 94AN (Warren), 95DN, 95PL, HB, RS/JS/KJ 1998, WK/XK (Detroit), DR (Warren), PT, JS (Sterling Heights) JC (Toluca). Major responsibilities included design leader, setting up software standards, and lining-up designers and plant technicians. Has detailed experience in Allen-Bradley processors, including PLC 2/30, PLC3, PLC5, Rslogix5000, and Slick500. Also has worked in detail with many other programmable products, including AB PB1200, AB PB1400, AB PanelView Plus, various displays, GE PLC, Honeywell PLC, and Modicon PLC. Paul has extensive knowledge with AB communications, including DNET, CNET, and ENET. Paul has valuable experience designing standards and programs with DCX FIS, AVI/VMS (automatic vehicle ID), PFCS (plant floor communication systems), and PFS (performance feedback systems). Paul has also worked as a technician leader managing over 20 ET's.

Sean Keller

Background includes hardware/software design of BIW systems for MBUSI. Experienced with RSLogix5000 (fluent in Integra), RsLinx, Wondeware, RSView DeviceNet, ControlNet, Pilz Safety PLC, SEW VFD's, etc.

John Arends

Lawrence Technological University, Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering. Graduated 1991. Licensed Professional Engineer, State of Michigan. Fifteen years total experience in controls engineering. Background includes hardware/software design of welding and handling systems, standards development, plant scheduling & build management as well as debug & commissioning. Experienced with Wonderware, Siemens WinCC Flexible, Panelbuilder, RSView, and Allen Bradley PLC's (PLC2/3/5, SLC500, ControlLogix & GuardLogix). Extensive design experience with Chrysler , in addition to limited experience with Ford and Tier One suppliers.
